The following conditions apply:
(1) The campaign is organised by Compounder GmbH, c/o Bürogemeinschaft, Vondelstraße 35, 50677 Cologne (hereinafter ‘Compounder’), which offers the platform provided under the domain www.compounder.eu.
(2) Any legally registered user of the platform aged 16 or over is eligible to participate. The participant is the person who owns the Compounder student account used to apply for one of the partner universities. Partner universities are all universities that are visible on the Compounder platform.
(3) Participation is free of charge.
(4) The campaign begins on 15 December 2022 and runs indefinitely. Two scholarships of €300 each will be awarded per year; one for the summer semester and one for the winter semester.
(5) The winner of the scholarship will be chosen at random. An online random number generator will be used to draw the winner (https://miniwebtool.com/de/random-name-picker/). The winner will be chosen at random and contacted by Compounder. The deadline for the draw is June 20th for the summer semester and December 20th for the winter semester of each year.
(6) The issue of the scholarship is subject to the condition that the participant applies for one of the partner universities via the platform and enrols definitively, i.e. enters into a study contract with the partner university. Furthermore, the participant must upload their own certificate of enrolment to their Compounder student account within 30 days of enrolment so that Compounder can ensure that enrolment has taken place and the conditions have therefore been met. If the upload does not take place within the specified time, Compounder is no longer obliged to issue the scholarship to the participant. The participant is entitled to delete the certificate of enrolment in their student account at any time.
(7) The scholarship is a one-off payment to the participant's account. Compounder is not liable for defects or for accidents caused by improper and/or inappropriate handling.
(8) The scholarship will be sent to the participant by bank transfer. For this purpose, the participant agrees that Compounder can view their email address via the platform in order to contact the participant and request the bank details by email and thus enable the scholarship to be handed over.
(9) It is not possible to exchange the scholarship. The scholarship is non-transferable. The participant accepts necessary changes to the scholarship due to other factors beyond the control of Compounder GmbH.
(10) Compounder reserves the right to suspend the promotion in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the promotion.
(11) Compounder reserves the right to exclude persons from the promotion in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation.
(12) Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, the scholarship may also be reclaimed retrospectively.

(14) The personal data provided for the campaign will not be passed on to third parties. They will only be used for the purpose of organising the campaign and sending the scholarship. The participant is entitled at any time to object to the storage or use of their data in connection with the implementation of the campaign by sending an email to support@compounder.eu. In this case, however, participation in the campaign is no longer possible.
(15) The data protection provisions available at https://www.compounder.eu/en/privacy apply.
(16) All participants in the promotion recognise these conditions. Legal recourse is excluded. All enquiries regarding the promotion should be sent to support@compounder.eu.
(17) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
