The Cusanuswerk offers students and doctoral candidates financial support that is paid out monthly. The support for studies consists of a monthly, non-repayable scholarship, which is based on a flat-rate tuition fee as well as BAföG. In doctoral funding, a lump sum for research costs and a scholarship independent of income are granted. The scholarship is granted from funds of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Study prerequisites
Applicants should have outstanding academic achievements and interdisciplinary interests. A pronounced sense of social responsibility, openness and the ability to reflect as well as voluntary commitment and creativity are also important.
An additional requirement is (active) membership in the Catholic Church.
