Description of the programme
The Global Management and Communication (M.A.) programme is designed to equip students with the skills and competencies they need to conquer global markets while developing effective communication strategies in different cultural contexts. This special combination of competences in management and intercultural communication enables students to prepare for or develop a successful career in the global economy. Graduates of this Master's programme have a deep understanding of the global economy and its market structures, trade relations, business models and value chains. With this know-how, they develop their ability to think strategically in global companies in order to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions and long-term business strategies. At the same time, they raise their awareness of ethical issues and social responsibility in global business environments. You will learn how to work in interdisciplinary teams and how to act successfully in leadership roles, negotiate confidently and reach agreements in culturally diverse situations. This Master's programme is characterised by unique specialisations within which students can focus on an area with a global orientation.
