Upon successful completion at BSBI, graduates will have developed a detailed understanding of what the key functions and main responsibilities of an organisation are and how best to deal with external factors. They can also draw on a depth of knowledge built up in the field of marketing, which has introduced them to a wide variety of ways to meet the needs of their customers. The student are now able to apply various techniques and tools to better assess and plan their own personal development as well as their professional development. Upon completion of the programme, students will be able to demonstrate great knowledge that validates their learning success in employee leadership in the process of organisational development. They will have the ability to develop and defend powerful arguments that produce solutions to problems in organisations.
