Description of the programme
The range of subjects covers psychology both in its basic scientific subject orientation and with regard to clinical psychology and psychotherapy with its related sciences. The programme is divided into twelve compulsory module groups, one compulsory elective module group plus a final examination.
This means that you will get to know all the disciplines of psychology in the course of your studies.
In this bachelor's programme, you learn to work independently on fundamental questions in psychology and to interpret the results. The knowledge of psychological methods you acquire, such as statistics, diagnostics and modern research methods, will help you to do this.
And to ensure that everything is not just theory, you will complete a research-oriented internship in the third semester as well as two further internships.
After graduation, you have career prospects in the health care system and health promotion, social and public institutions or in the school and education system. You can work in psychological counselling, coaching or mediation.
Topics in management and personnel consulting as well as market and opinion research are also exciting challenges for you.
