Description of the programme
Help shape the real estate industry: The master's programme Real Estate Management (M.Sc.) at Hochschule Fresenius deepens the knowledge you gained in your bachelor's in important areas of the real estate industry and prepares you for specialist and management tasks in the housing and real estate industry. We provide you with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the areas of real estate management, project development, financial management and internationalisation. They enable you to independently solve current questions and problems in the real estate industry. You learn to develop scientifically sound concepts based on the criteria of economic efficiency, user-friendliness and sustainability and acquire the ability to critically question your actions.
Interdisciplinary content: Project development and financial management are the focal points of the master's programme Real Estate Management (M.Sc.). You immerse yourself in all phases of project development, from planning to questions of building law and control to contract design. In the area of financial management, you deal with real estate investments, financing and valuations. In addition, you will acquire important management skills and deal with digitalisation, sustainability and internationalisation in relation to the real estate industry.
