Description of the programme
Filmmakers act as versatile experts in the background: they tell moving stories with convincing dialogue and captivating images. The practical bachelor's programme Filmmaking at Hochschule Macromedia provides you with the necessary technical and artistic know-how to be successful in this creative industry.
The study programme will familiarise you with all aspects and areas of the film and television industry. You will learn how to write and film scripts, deal with storytelling, camera work, editing as well as sound, lighting and video technology. This will prepare you optimally for your practical semester.
Our lecturers, who come directly from the film and media industry, offer in-depth insights into common processes and forward-looking business strategies. Right from the start, you can apply the specialised knowledge you have acquired in exciting, practical projects.
