Description of the programme
The Master’s in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition includes mandatory modules such as Testing and Training for Strength, Speed, Agility, and Quickness, Applied Sports Anatomy and Physiology, Designing Training Programs, and Recovery Management in Sport. It also offers exciting elective modules, including Youth Fitness Development, Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Nutritional Supplements, and Modern Diets.
