Mastering challenges
180,000 businesses are currently looking for a successor nationwide, according to a recent study by the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts. Anyone who wants to take over a company needs to know: Companies go through different phases, which place different demands on the company management. In this compulsory elective course you will learn how to react optimally to the corresponding challenges and how to manage company crises step by step. You will gain a sound knowledge of project, process and quality management and deal with legal basics. Good to know: Together with the compulsory modules, the compulsory elective covers all business management content of the master craftsman's examination.
