Description of the programme
In this course, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of organizational and process management, modern organizational design and corporate management. You will learn how effective process control and optimization contribute to the competitiveness of a company and how to establish a high-performance corporate culture. You will also learn how to create a motivating work environment and encourage employees to increase the company's success. The practical implementation of your knowledge takes place through projects at the Steinbeis-IOM Institute for Organization & Management in Berlin and through basic modules that are completed in Stuttgart or Berlin at S-Next, which ensures you a practical and varied education.
