The aim of this field of studies is to achieve the quality requirements for food, especially in the aspects of health, prevention, and functionality, so that only safe and high-quality food is available to our society. The goal is to design and further develop processing and treatment technology in a sustainable and protective manner by considering food from the ingredients to Nutritional Physiology.
