Description of the programme
In recent years, almost all industries have had to deal with digital change. This has resulted in new challenges, but also opportunities for digital leadership, communication and collaboration. Digitalisation is no longer limited to processes, but is shaping new digital business models, establishing new digital markets and offering many opportunities, but also new challenges in the everyday life of a company. It is precisely these developments that are covered in this Bachelor's degree programme. The course sees itself as a link between business administration, digitalisation and business informatics - three areas that are highly relevant to digital business. Students are taught a broad range of expertise in these areas. At the same time, they learn to identify and analyse the digital challenges in different areas of the company and to develop solutions based on them, including digital business models. The course provides a basic understanding and skills that remain relevant even in the face of rapid developments in digitalisation.
