Description of the programme
One degree - two qualifications This study programme offers you the opportunity to develop professional social skills alongside your career and underline these with two internationally recognised academic qualifications: "State-recognised social worker" or "State-recognised social pedagogue". The focus of the study programme is on the greatest practical relevance and the direct applicability of the knowledge taught. This includes a practical phase in which you gain experience in the fields of social work and social pedagogy under the guidance of an academic specialist. You will acquire important skills in pedagogy and the health and human sciences and acquire broad methodological and content-related knowledge of social work, which you will relate to economic, legal, ethical and psychological knowledge. With a holistic view and business skills, you will become a sought-after specialist in the field of social work, helping to shape our society on both a large and small scale.
