Reducing the sickness rate
The goal of occupational health management is to increase the performance potential of a company or organisation. Employees should be able to cope better with everyday work by optimising operational processes. This includes the promotion of health and prevention. For example, simple techniques can often help to reduce physical stress. The study focus offers you practical and project-oriented training for the analysis, goal setting, planning, decision-making, implementation and control of occupational health management. The course content is based on health science topics and also takes into account business issues in the area of management.
