Reducing the sickness rate
The goal of occupational health management is to increase the performance potential of a company or organisation. Employees should be able to cope better with everyday work by optimising operational processes. This includes the promotion of health and prevention. For example, simple techniques can often help to reduce physical stress. The study focus offers you practical and project-oriented training for the analysis, goal setting, planning, decision-making, implementation and control of occupational health management. The course content is based on health science topics and also takes into account business issues in the area of management.

Graduates are equipped to carry out specific tasks in occupational health management, especially in the areas of prevention and health promotion. As a graduate you can take on qualified specialist and management tasks, for example in:

Accreditations & awards
Our university is state-recognised by the state of Baden-Württemberg.
The quality of all study programmes at our university has also been tested and confirmed: The study programmes at Allensbach Hochschule have been accredited by the accreditation agency ZEvA. All study programmes are state-approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts of Baden-Württemberg (MWK).
As distance learning programmes, all programmes also have the approval of the State Central Office for Distance Learning (ZFU).
