Why enrolling in this programme?
Set your own focus: In the 4th and 5th semesters, you have the opportunity to position yourself individually on the job market. You choose one focus from your degree programme:
– Real estate marketing: With the help of a wide variety of tools from classical marketing, you learn how to apply these tools to the different products of the real estate industry.
– Project development: The conception and planning of larger real estate projects are the focus of the specialisation in project development. Investigations, business decisions, planning, and other pre-construction measures are discussed.
In the second focus area, you have the choice between another topic in real estate management or a focus area from a related study programme.
Career prospects: The real estate industry is multi-faceted and offers many opportunities. You can later work in real estate marketing, real estate financing, or real estate consulting. You can also work in the areas of construction planning and project development, commercial property management, and self-employment in the real estate industry.
