Description of the programme
In the master's programme Business Development & Digital Innovation (M.A.) at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, you will acquire comprehensive management and leadership knowledge in four semesters. In small groups, you will learn to develop successful sales and marketing strategies, initiate and implement digital innovation processes and manage good customer relationships. In addition, you will gain insights into sustainable organisational development—enabling you to make well-founded decisions in new contexts. You will also acquire comprehensive leadership skills—in particular the ability to take a reflective view of your responsibilities in business and society.
The master's programme Business Development & Digital Innovation (M.A.) is divided into the following areas:
– Product and sales management;
– Entrepreneurial thinking;
– Decision-making and acting in the VUKA environment (VUKA—volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambivalence);
– Digital Business Transformation and Innovation;
– Culture and business development;
– Applied research.
You expand your knowledge of agile product management and international marketing and sales channels. You study the mindset, tasks and leadership methods of entrepreneurs. Business development, international growth theories, digital markets and business ethics are further topics of your studies.

The CCE is a start-up network recognised by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Here you will receive valuable input and a lot of support in the further development of your business idea, among other things through offers such as the Pioneer Programme.
Future in leadership: A successful master's in Business Development & Digital Innovation (M.A.) qualifies you for middle management positions in companies. It prepares you for management tasks and qualifies you for founding and managing your own company.
Accreditations & awards
All study programmes at the Hochschule Fresenius are accredited before they start for the first time and then regularly checked for conformity with the regulations.
