Description of the programme
The focus is divided into two fields of competence, "Real Estate Management" and "Real Estate Planning". In the competence field of real estate management, students are introduced to the subject and build up know-how in real estate law and project development. Real estate planning, on the other hand, is strategically designed and deals with the evaluation, profitability, investment and financing of real estate. The knowledge imparted here is applied by the students in a case study later in the course of their studies.
