Curriculum
Description of the programme
In addition to the basic modules of business psychology, students choose between strategic or operative marketing or "human resources and organisation" in the second field of competence. In the field of marketing, students are prepared for later activities such as target group and market analyses, and in the field of human resources for personnel development.
In addition to these subject-specific skills, students also learn important psychological contexts that enable them to solve problematic issues in the company. The practical lectures and case studies, which optimally prepare students for the demands of business, are particularly helpful in this regard. Finally, graduates benefit from an increasing demand for business psychologists in both marketing and human resources.
