The Security Management degree programme essentially focuses on the core tasks of a security manager: assessing & planning - deciding & leading - informing & coordinating. The study contents are designed in such a way that the subject-specific modules are interlocked with core business subjects.
The tuition fees can be paid in 48 monthly instalments of 325 euros each. In addition, there is an examination fee of 300 euros for the Bachelor's thesis at the end of the programme. This fee is already included in the total cost of 15,900 euros.
In the course of their studies, students have the opportunity to choose a specialisation between Corporate Security and Port and Aviation Security. The competence field of group security teaches students to analyse hazards for an internationally operating group and to develop efficient countermeasures. The port and aviation security specialisation is about learning about hazardous situations in maritime transport and aviation security and acquiring the skills to deal with them in a solution-oriented manner.
The importance of the security manager for the economic success of companies has grown steadily in recent years. The opportunities for graduates are broad and range from jobs in corporate security to managerial positions in the private security industry.
