Description of the programme
With us, you will learn to correctly assess the consequences of economic decisions and to implement them in accordance with ethical values. The special thing about our study program Management in the Health and Social Market is the view of the health system with a view to people and their needs and not (only) think sector-specifically (hospital, nursing, vocational and social rehabilitation). With us, you will become a creative forward thinker for a sustainable health care system and develop your own ideas for care concepts for new forms of living, the process optimization of hospitals, or the organization of medical and nursing processes.

In the winter semester of 2022/23, our tried and tested study program "Management in the Health and Social Care Market" will start with three new specializations that will optimally prepare you for your career in the health care sector. Our specializations give you a unique selling point on the path to your dream career.
Specialize in one of the major future topics in the health sector during your studies:
- Digital Health: With modern and digital solutions for data and processes, you will create appropriate, but also responsible structures for highly sensitive health data.
- Leadership in Health: Leading and managing in the health sector means working with and for people using clever methods, as well as promoting and supporting employees with different competencies.
- Sustainable Health Care: Your challenge is to use the scarce resources in the health care system sensibly, fairly, and in a future-oriented way with sustainable management.
