Description of the programme
In six semesters, the Nachhaltige Immobilienwirtschaft programme provides you with practice-oriented knowledge and interdisciplinary know-how. In addition to important content from the disciplines of business administration and law, the topic of sustainability is clearly in focus—the focus runs like a red thread through your studies. Within the framework of various courses, you will build up solid knowledge in the areas of digitalisation, sustainable value creation, and sustainable construction and planning. The completion of various modules in Business English also prepares you for a job in an internationally networked work environment and offers you even better career opportunities.
First, you will learn the basics of the real estate industry and acquire important skills in human resources and business. Relevant content from building physics is also included in your curriculum, as are practical cost optimisation and intercultural skills. After all, a wide variety of sectors come together in the field of real estate management. In the course of your studies, you will not only learn to understand them, but above all to move confidently at their interfaces. Interdisciplinary courses and a lively, interdisciplinary exchange are essential.
