Description of the programme
Promoting individual health: Prevention is the focus of the German Bachelor's study programme Ernährung & Fitness in der Prävention (B.Sc.). As a health expert, you help other people to achieve a better quality of life through better nutrition and the right fitness programme. Your specific tasks include creating individual, co-ordinated nutrition and training programmes for your clients, training with them, and supporting them in achieving their individual goals. You develop individual prevention concepts for health insurance companies, health centres, and companies and also ensure their implementation.
Interdisciplinary study: The German Bachelor's study programme Ernährung & Fitness in der Prävention (B.Sc.) at Hochschule Fresenius is divided into the areas of human biology basics, nutrition, fitness, business management basics, counselling and prevention as well as professional field orientation in the healthcare system. You will deepen your knowledge of human anatomy and physiology with a special focus on metabolism, movement, and prevention.
