Helping to shape the future of companies: Advancing digitalisation, globalisation and a shortage of skilled workers - due to the numerous challenges, companies are dependent on good human resources management that also sets an important course for the future.
Expand your expertise: You will gain important legal skills, learn about different labour laws and deal with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Set your focus: In the fourth semester, you decide on two compulsory elective modules from the topics:
- Personnel psychology
- Tools in coaching and counselling
- Current topics in labour law
Make a career start: After graduation, a variety of career prospects are open to you to embark on a successful career: jobs in recruiting and HR development, managerial positions in HR or in organisations, as well as self-employment.
