The Master's programme Corporate Finance & Controlling (M.Sc.) focuses on the areas of controlling, corporate finance and corporate management. You deal with controlling concepts and learn more about international controlling methods. You will gain comprehensive knowledge about financing instruments as well as the topics of corporate taxation and mergers and acquisitions. In the area of corporate management, you will deepen your knowledge of intercultural management, group accounting as well as corporate governance and compliance. You will also acquire quantitative and qualitative research methods.
