Description of the programme
Deepen your specialist knowledge, broaden your skills: The master's programme Corporate Finance & Controlling (M.Sc.) positions you as a specialist in the field of corporate finance and controlling and at the same time enables you to take on management positions. You will gain sound entrepreneurial knowledge and important methodological skills for a successful career in an international company. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the core areas of corporate finance, controlling and corporate management through a close interlinking of theory and practice.

The master's programme Corporate Finance & Controlling (M.Sc.) focuses on the areas of controlling, corporate finance and corporate management. You deal with controlling concepts and learn more about international controlling methods. You will gain comprehensive knowledge about financing instruments as well as the topics of corporate taxation and mergers and acquisitions. In the area of corporate management, you will deepen your knowledge of intercultural management, group accounting as well as corporate governance and compliance. You will also acquire quantitative and qualitative research methods.
