Description of the programme
This study programme will provide you with all the key qualifications you need for the professional requirements of today and tomorrow. You will deal with current business psychology topics, social processes in an intercultural context as well as leadership and management.
Pursue your personal interests already during your studies and choose your two focal points from the topics:
Personnel psychology, work and organisational psychology, market and advertising psychology, theoretical concepts of coaching and counselling, psychological settings and tools of, coaching and counselling, methods of interviewing.
After graduation, you will have the professional, methodological and social know-how to be successful in numerous sectors and fields of activity. You can take a leading position in management consultancies, personnel or marketing departments, work in media companies or work as a recruiter, personnel developer as well as HR manager.
