Description of the programme

The Environmental Sciences major has an interdisciplinary profile, enabling you to acquire both natural and human sciences knowledge to implement comprehensive solutions. You will engage with models and statistics and conduct research in laboratories, in the field, or on-site with practical partners. In the elective area, you have the freedom to either broaden your major or set clear emphases in either the humanities or natural sciences. A cornerstone of this major involves sustainability science research projects, where you collaborate with practical partners to develop concepts addressing real societal issues of sustainable development.
