Study programme of CBS International Business School
Our German-language Master's programme in Human Resources and Change Management offers you an optimal education for a professional future as a human resources and change manager in a company: All subject areas of the overall corporate context are considered holistically and supplemented by focal points in the future topics of "Digital Transformation", "New Work and Personnel 4.0" and "Cultural Change".
A degree in "Human Resources and Change Management" offers you particularly diverse career opportunities in companies or self-employment due to its interdisciplinary, practical orientation.
The monthly tuition fees are 725 euros (Mainz Campus) or 775 euros (Cologne Campus). Students have many financing options for their studies such as state support, low-interest loans or the CBS Education Fund. You are also welcome to make a personal appointment with our student advisors.
The Master's programme is completed by an internship of at least 8 weeks during the lecture-free period, which Master's students can complete in a national or international company. If you wish, you can write your Master's thesis as a project in a company of your choice in the fourth semester. Alternatively, during the last semester you can also complete a semester abroad at one of over 120 partner universities worldwide and write your Master's thesis there.
Accreditations & awards
A degree is only valuable if it is generally recognised. We ensure this threefold. Firstly, through state accreditation: CBS International Business School is a private university state-recognised by the German Science Council and the Ministry of Science of North Rhine-Westphalia. Secondly, through the regular accreditation of all courses by FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) for content, topicality, and studyability. FIBAA examines the courses on behalf of the Accreditation Council of the Federal Republic. Thirdly, through—successful—participation in rankings, such as the renowned CHE ranking (known from the ZEIT Studienführer) or the university ranking of the Wirtschaftswoche.
If a final Bachelor's degree certificate is not yet available, the most recently received interim certificate can be submitted instead.
Note: If you do not meet the requirements, you might still be considered for admission.
