For over 25 years, the Fachhochschule des BFI Vienna, as an institution for business, management and finance, has stood for high-quality and reliable education in the field of business and economics degree programmes with a European focus. For two decades, the university has also offered continuing education programmes at an academic level, which has met with great satisfaction among students, customers and co-operation partners.
The Fachhochschule des BFI provides its students with an applied education in various business sciences, which opens the way to attractive future opportunities and advances their careers.
Our research activities serve as a motor for innovation and are focussed on interdisciplinary topics. They are interdisciplinary and focus on current and future challenges in business and society.
We attach great importance to lifelong learning. We offer practice-oriented bachelor's and master's programmes as well as academic continuing education opportunities at the Executive Education Center.

We are all committed to the quality of our university of applied sciences. The quality is decisively characterised by each individual employee, each student, all graduates as well as our partner companies, universities and other networks.
Quality management at the Fachhochschule des BFI Vienna is an integral part and extends to all areas of the organisation:

Through quality circles focussing on teaching, research and administration, as well as the submission of suggestions and regular ideas competitions, we continuously strive to improve and increase our innovative strength.
The main tasks of quality management include the implementation of the quality management system and the assurance and further development of quality.
In doing so, we utilise suitable procedures and tools as employees. Our students play an important role through the regular evaluation of teaching and study programmes, their membership of the UAS Board and their participation in the design and further development of study programmes.
Graduates and companies get involved in various ways, be it through direct contributions from professional practice for teaching, participation in our networks, the provision of internships and much more.
Scholarships
Although the Fachhochschule des BFI Wien itself does not award any university scholarships, there are numerous scholarship programmes that are available to students throughout Germany.
