Description of the programme
The study programme with a focus on business and organisational psychology enables you to understand the psychological background of human actions in organisations and thus make important entrepreneurial contributions.
You build up competences so that people can be better integrated and motivated in diverse work processes, such as innovation, change, or marketing work. In the specialisation in business and organisational psychology, you develop an understanding of the interaction between people, organisational challenges, and market behaviour.
