CBS study programs: International – practical – personal
Its vocational and training-accompanying, dual, and full-time study programmes are characterised by teaching contents with international, practical, and sustainable relevance: With the help of business projects, guest lectures, and a mostly obligatory semester abroad, CBS students gather important competencies for their career entry in internationally active companies. The principle of responsible management is one of the principles of the university and is taught by the scientists of the Center for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM) at the CBS International Business School in all study programmes.
Accreditations & awards
A degree is only valuable if it is generally recognised. We ensure this threefold. Firstly, through state accreditation: CBS International Business School is a private university state-recognised by the German Science Council and the Ministry of Science of North Rhine-Westphalia. Secondly, through the regular accreditation of all courses by FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) for content, topicality, and studyability. FIBAA examines the courses on behalf of the Accreditation Council of the Federal Republic. Thirdly, through—successful—participation in rankings, such as the renowned CHE ranking (known from the ZEIT Studienführer) or the university ranking of the Wirtschaftswoche.
