The ALLSTAY Scholarship
The SRH University of Applied Sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia awards several Germany scholarships for EU students and one ALLSTAY-scholarship for non-EU students each winter semester. The grant amounts to 300.00 euros per month until the end of the standard period of study*. Half of the grant is paid by the Federal Government and the other half by a private donor.
* The sponsor must pay the grant for at least one year. After that, he or she can withdraw from the grant if the scholarship holder's performance is not adequate.
Application requirements - Applications are open to:
SRH students who are in their 1st or 2nd semester in the respective winter semester.
The scholarship programme law specifies the further criteria for support:

For students who are already enrolled: academic achievements to date, in particular ECTS points. For students in the Master's programme, the final grade of the previous degree programme also counts.
Special potential of the applicant, for example through special achievements such as awards and prizes, a previous professional activity, internships, extracurricular, social, university-political or political commitment or participation in religious societies, associations or clubs.
