Description of the programme
The planning, control and optimisation of procurement, production, storage and delivery processes along the value and supply chain are essential for many companies and present them with challenges. In the area of supply chain management, cross-company tasks are crucial for corporate success and management, which must be constantly adapted to new market conditions. In order to be able to act in a future-oriented and socially responsible manner on the market and as a company, it is necessary to deal intensively with current topics such as the circular economy, artificial intelligence, responsible procurement and resource-conserving service provision.
The Executive MBA General Management with a specialisation in Supply Chain Management is offered in co-operation between the Executive Education Center of the Fachhochschule des BFI Vienna and the E-Learning Group and is designed as a part-time postgraduate master's programme without attendance.

You can register for the distance learning programme online at any time and choose the start date flexibly. The duration of the study programme ranges from 18 to 42 months, whereby you can complete the modules and courses sequentially at your own pace. These build on each other and allow you to study independently in terms of time and location.
The distance learning programme is divided into different modules, each consisting of several courses. The content sequence of these modules and courses is harmonised. A wide range of teaching and learning materials are available, including interactive scripts, audio books, learning videos, podcasts and recorded lectures and case studies. In addition, there are regular voluntary live lectures with experienced experts, which are recorded and then made available on the learning platform.
During the distance learning programme, you will receive individual support. If you have any technical questions, the programme director and the teaching staff responsible for the modules will be available to answer them directly.
