Description of the programme
Security for today and tomorrow: Developments such as digitalisation, globalisation and internationalisation open up many opportunities - but also lead to risks that present companies, authorities and other institutions with ever new challenges. Your study programme will provide you with the knowledge and all the necessary competences to recognise, analyse and manage risks of today and tomorrow
Know-how for your success: You acquire broad knowledge in risk and security management and deal with relevant IT topics, investigation techniques as well as security prevention. You will deal with corporate management and gain deep insights into practice-related areas such as crisis management, design thinking and crisis communication.
Set your focus: Decide for yourself in which direction your studies will take you and choose two of these focus topics in the fourth semester:
- Critical infrastructures and safety engineering
- Disaster management, occupational safety and health
- Crisis management practice project
- Security architecture and CISO reporting
- Trends and case studies in IT security
- Digital programme and project management
