Description of the programme
Varied and interdisciplinary: In the German Bachelor's study programme Game Design & Management (B.A.) at the Hochschule Fresenius, you will acquire the necessary theoretical and practical skills to be able to (co-)design the entire process of game development in the future, from the idea for a game to production and marketing. To do this, you will deal with game concepts, deepen your knowledge of game mechanics, and learn to develop game worlds and game characters. In the management part of your studies, you will acquire the basics of business administration, project management, and marketing. You learn about and apply successful business strategies and deal with the most important methods of good team leadership.
Close to practice: With modules such as Digital Art, Creative Coding, and Level Design, you will refine your artistic and creative skills right from the start in the German Bachelor's study programme Game Design & Management (B.A.). Practical projects and the integrated practical semester (in the case of the seven-semester programme) are optimal opportunities to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
