Description of the programme
The Bachelor's study programme combines the disciplines of law and business administration. The focus is on the business-relevant disciplines of law. This means that in six semesters we familiarise you with complex legal and economic topics as well as relevant interdisciplinary content for use in business.
In the field of law, you will immerse yourself in the areas of corporate law, civil law, commercial and company law, compliance, data protection law and labour law. In the business studies part of the Bachelor's study programme in Business Law (LL.B.), we teach you the basics of business administration. You will deal with topics such as accounting and financial analysis. In addition, there is interdisciplinary content such as digitalisation in companies, internationalisation and intercultural skills.
In the fourth and fifth semesters, you will focus on your individual goals. You take two specialisations. One from the Bachelor's study programme in Business Law (LL.B.), the other you choose either from one of our joint study programmes or from your own study programme. In the Bachelor's programme in Business Law (LL.B.), you can choose from the following topics:
